
Art is therapy. Art is connection!
When I paint, the world (and my brain) quiet. I’m only focused on the paper or canvas in front of me. It’s a time to experiment and give up a little control.
Once a piece feels finished, I evaluate what it was that needed to get out of my system. (Typically a little anxiety and a little fun!)
My hope is that my art sparks a conversation - or better yet, a smile!
